Using https://www.minimalistphone.com/ with only these apps in the home screen:

• books
• notes app - obsidian

App Blocker

I use a blocker to block some distracting apps and websites.

No Notifications

I block all notifications except a few critical ones like calls and bank notifcations.

No Social Media

• I do ocasionally use Youtube, but only on the browser.

Greyscale

Using greyscale makes your phone boring, which is good.
